Roaring into the twenty-first century, China's economy and manufacturing sectors have exploded as their political capital in the international community continues soar. But, as the leadership of the Chinese government has quickly learned, greater amounts of capital quickly leads to greater problems. From continual international outcry over allegations of human rights abuses to a heavily controlled press, China embodies many values that set those in the United States and the remainder of the western world aquiver. With their current relations with nations such as North Korea, Iran, and Sudan, and their aggressive stance towards Taiwan, China stands opposed to many international policies held close by Western powers.
